his web site has been established by Kerry and Peter Carter to assist new residents relocating to Mandurah and surrounding districts.

On a personal experience, when we arrived from Sydney, we had no family nearby, no friends and no employment, yet within the first weeks we needed to access a doctor, a suitable school for our daughter and our dog required a vet. So which school is best, what doctor should we use, which vet is best for our much loved pet. We all know that randomly choosing a business or service provider from a list in the telephone directory cannot compare to a recommendation by a friend.

 Speaking with others during our early days in Mandurah, it became quite obvious that there was little support specifically for new residents. It’s not always easy to make new friends and many have found themselves missing old friends to such an extreme that they no longer enjoyed the excitement of their new home. Simply there was nowhere to casually and safely meet people experiencing a similar situation.
